About The Satvic Handbook
The Everything Network is a curated guide to living with more clarity, kindness, and intention. We’re not a search engine or a directory of everything “good.” We’re a small, carefully tended handbook that points you to the most trustworthy resources in every area of a satvic life — from what you eat to how you work, move, and connect.
How we choose resources
Every resource we recommend is measured against four simple, observable principles derived from the Vedic tradition. We don’t require perfection — just a genuine, demonstrated commitment to at least one of these pillars without violating the others.
Truth
Clear, honest communication. No hype, no hidden agendas, no deceptive marketing.
Peace
Ahimsa: no exploitation, no killing. Animals are partners, not products — plant‑based eating is the natural expression of this, and work itself is fair exchange.
Purity
Clean ingredients, clean design. No addictive algorithms, dark patterns, or toxic inputs.
Discipline
Tools that build focus, routine, and self‑mastery — not escape or indulgence.
The boundary of measurement
These pillars are observable, material behaviors — the baseline for a calm and focused nervous system. But a balanced life is not the final destination. Beyond clarity and discipline lies the unquantifiable realm of the soul: devotion, surrender, and unconditioned consciousness. We can’t score a resource’s connection to the Divine. We can only ensure its architecture is clean enough to let you make that connection yourself.
Who creates this?
The Everything Network is curated by the ATRAC Institute, a research group dedicated to practical spirituality and ethical technology. We also maintain the Satvic Index™ — an educational model that maps the three Guṇas — and NativeAstro™, a precise Vedic astrology platform. Together, they’re tools for seeing yourself and your environment with greater clarity.
